We can help you to:
- Project manage the entire creative team and cast
- Work closely with the director to handpick the creative team
- Strategise all eventual steps required to successfully stage a production (rehearsal to pack-in to production on stage, to pack-out)
- Create production budget
- Initiating fundraising and writing funding applications
- Hire and negotiate fee with all department heads which make up the creative team
- Hire production manager to manage all scheduling including casting, rehearsals, pack- in and pack-out etc
- Draw up contracts for all members of the creative team, which includes clear job description to enable jobs to be done effectively
- Organise, prioritise and manage payroll for all cast and crew
- Oversee and organise transportation of technical items, costumes, props, furnishings, etc. to the theatre
